Catching up…again

We had some serious balloon fun at Everett’s birthday party!

 

 

 

He’s getting really good at making pancakes!

 

 

Cousin Emma got to visit while us girls went out and left Scott and Poppa to watch all 3 kids!  Go men!

 

Believe it or not, this started out as just a little rug burn.  Then the thin scab rubbed off after bath one night and was replaced by this Rudolph monstrosity.  It was there for almost two weeks, and there is still a light red spot on his nose.  Singing Rudolph everyday became irresistible.

Uncle Luke and Aunt Melinda came for a visit from Kansas.  It was good to see them!

I just couldn’t resist.  He’s our underwear boy now!  I think he needs a cape.

We had a great time playing with our friends.

We got to go to the Bauman’s again, this time to visit Uncle Randy, Aunt Ann, and Jenna and Brandon.  Jerry and Kathy, you’re wonderful to open your home to us!

This picture is cute because that’s Aiden’s shoe Seth has on.

It’s our personal cleaning crew.  Maybe it’s time to start allowances.  Or maybe we’ll save that for when chores aren’t fun anymore.  “Brooming” is a blast!

Wheel Races

Wheels are so much fun!

I have really good snappers. Aiden was snapping before he could walk, although now he's forgotten how to. Seth just suddenly picked it up a week or so ago, he's getting really good at mimicking actions.

Seth Kissing and Standing

First is Seth making his "kissing sounds". Second is my finally catching him standing up on his own. Of course he does it all the time now, but I'm trying to catch up on video!

I hear Aiden say, "Momma, I'm stuck!".  I turn around and see this.  Seth can totally hold his own with big brother.

Here is our Cherrio experiment.  I know from Aiden that even though my children may be over 12 months old, just because they won't eat table food like other babies, they will eventually.  So I'm not worried that at 13 months old, Seth still spits out more Cherrios than in ingests.  He's getting better, but his tongue just does not want to cooperate.  His tongue pushes out the Cherrios and his hand just keeps pushing them back in.  Progress.

And this is Aiden watching a show while Seth eats.  Little Einsteins is amazing.
